Mild: A blend of hatha, restorative, and yin yoga focused on slow, mindful movement.
Moderate: Half heat-building vinyasa, and half melt-worthy yin yoga.

We offer chair massage, Thai massage, and table massage. Below is a summary of each.
- Chair massage: The most simple and affordable option for a quick break at the office. Great for de-stressing head, neck, and shoulder tension, and convenient in that very little space is required. No oils are used, but aromatherapy for issues like nasal congestion and relaxation is available at the beginning and end of each session. (10-20 mins)
- Thai massage: Offers more therapeutic benefits than chair massage, yet the client still remains fully clothed. No oil is used. The client lays on a padded mat and receives passive stretching and targeted pressure to tight muscles. (30-90 mins)
- Table massage: Modalities offered include Swedish and Deep Tissue. Massage oil is hypoallergenic, unscented, and offers great moisturizing benefits for the skin. Aromatherapy oils may be included at no additional charge. (45-120 mins)
